I am writing to inform you of the latest update from the Launchworks operation in Beverly, Massachusetts. As of March 2nd, Launchworks implemented policies and procedures to minimize the risk of coronavirus infection including excellent hygiene, social distancing, health monitoring, enhanced daily facility cleaning and visitor restrictions. Additionally, we have secured material to complete a full facility disinfection if an incident occurs.
Due to our position in the supply chain of diagnostic kits, and according the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers During COVID-19 Response, Launchworks is considered an essential business, so we continue manufacturing and executing our customers’ projects. The team is doing an excellent job supporting our customers during these difficult times. During the past three weeks we confirmed our supply chain sources and materials for planned second quarter builds, both confirmed and expected. Obviously, this situation is dynamic so we will proactively inform you if any changes occur with our supply chain and operation.
